The pericardium protects the heart physically and energetically. Mine was working overtime for a very long time and I didn’t know it. The secrets in my heart – my passion, my dreams, my desires – were being held in. The energy of the heart is a powerful part of our existence. It needs to be unlocked and to flow freely in order for us to know the heart secrets we have tucked away consciously or unconsciously.
Heart is fire and fire travels up. One side of my neck was so stuck for about three years…inflammation, fascial adhesions, so much stuckness. I could barely turn my head and my upper body didn’t have its full strength. All that fire creating tightness in all ways in my neck. Little did I know I was on a road to transformation, to move away from my world of control to a more heart-centered awareness. HeartShine was being born and the song of the day practice was helping to move my energy.
