This morning starts in a very disconnected way for me. I can’t find myself. I don’t know what I’m doing. Nothing feels right.
I got up earlier than usual which is what I’ve wanted to do especially with gorgeous summer mornings to enjoy and lots of work to do. A way to get my energy going and keep it in a high vibe place for creating and for living life fully.
Born to run means a few things to me today. My body needs movement and fresh air, my eyes need to see new landscape, my heart is aching for clarity and knowing. Knowing my next step. All of these components suggest the need to move down the road, to get out of where I’m at.
Is love real?
The remedy for me was to just get moving…drive down the road, take care of some little business even if it felt a bit disjointed or on auto-pilot. It took a bit to get to, but letting go of what I SHOULD do (i.e. running early) gave me an immediate sense of freedom and released the clutches of that fearful part of me that never makes any sense but shows up with lots of ‘shoulds’ and expectations for me.
