My heart is the most powerful part of my human self.
To feel it, I practice these steps throughout the day:Â grounding, connection with my higher self, breathing deeply, moving my body through yoga, running, sweating somehow, and soaking in the sunshine. Music, art and beauty always get to my heart. So does my cat and watching the dogs play.
