All memberships to the HeartShine community are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Members can manage the start and end date of their service. To discontinue membership, please submit a cancellation prior to the next due date.
The subscription will continue until the cancellation date. If you would like to manage your billing history and/or cancel a subscription, click here to log into your customer billing portal. Services are not refundable, but membership may be discontinued by submitting a cancellation request prior to the next due date.
If you need assistance with canceling your membership, the HeartShine team will do their best to provide this support as quickly as possible, but please be advised that it may take 10 business days or more to respond to your requests.
We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you decide to cancel your membership mid-month, you will continue to have access to the HeartShine community until the end of the period you have paid for.
While HeartShine has the right to remove content, we do not have the obligation to monitor every single post. If you feel you have been the recipient of harmful behavior, please record or screen capture the interaction and bring it to our team's attention immediately.
Violent, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise bigoted, bullying or harassing behavior will not be tolerated in the HeartShine community.
If you are found to be committing harmful or hateful behavior as determined by the HeartShine team, the HeartShine team reserves the right to remove you from any group immediately, with no 'second chances' offered and no refunds given; if you are found to be in violation, your membership will be terminated immediately.
HeartShine reserves the right to exercise sole discretion as to what constitutes a violation of community standards. We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time, for any reason or for no reason.
User Responsibilities
HeartShine offers no guaranteed outcomes or results, whether physical, emotional, spiritual, professional, or financial. Any results depend on the individual user's unique background, judgment and efforts, and are not the responsibilities of HeartShine.
Each member of the HeartShine community, and user of the HeartShine website, social media accounts, or other published media, voluntarily assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with implementing any ideas or suggestions found therein.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content provided on HeartShine, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and proprietary course materials, is the property of LizTomich.com LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal use only.
User-Generated Content: By posting, uploading, or submitting any material (including comments, photos, or testimonials) to the HeartShine community or social media channels, you represent that you own the rights to that content. You hereby grant HeartShine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content throughout the world in any media for the purpose of operating and promoting the community. We do not claim ownership of your personal stories or intellectual property; however, this license allows us to host your contributions on our platform legally.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Mandatory Arbitration
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration. You acknowledge and agree that you and HeartShine are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
Modification of Terms
HeartShine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service, the Disclaimer, or the Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated versions on this website – to keep updated on any changes, check back with the website.
